Chemical Feed System Design and Sales
We design and supply complete chemical feed systems for municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment including chlorine gas sodium hypochlorite ammonia fluoride pH control corrosion control and polymer systems. Unlike many companies we stock what we sell with pumps regulators and valves on our shelves not on backorder. Because we are the same team that installs and services these systems our designs are practical maintainable and proven in the field. Our factory authorized technicians handle every installation. We install new systems retrofit aging ones and integrate new controls without taking your plant offline. With most components in stock we can mobilize quickly and finish faster. Every system is tested calibrated and operator trained before turnover. Preventative Maintenance and Annual Service
We prevent failures before they happen. Our maintenance programs include regular inspections calibration and part replacement using stocked components. The same technicians who built or installed your system perform each visit ensuring expert support and continuity. Annual or semiannual service tailored to your facility. Calibration leak testing and flow verification. Replacement with factory authorized parts. Documentation for regulatory compliance. Over fifty years of combined field experience. Equipment Rebuilds and In House Testing
When equipment fails we rebuild it in house. Our shop is equipped to rebuild and test all major brands including UGSI Hydro Wallace and Tiernan Evoqua and Keco. Each rebuild is pressure tested and flow tested before it leaves. When downtime is not an option we supply a loaner unit to keep your system running. In house rebuilds and certification for all major manufacturers. Pressure and flow testing before return. Loaner pumps regulators and scales to avoid downtime. Full inventory of critical components. Experienced technicians familiar with legacy and modern systems.

Emergency Service and Repairs
When a system leaks fails or shuts down we respond quickly. Our trucks are stocked and our technicians are factory authorized so most issues are fixed in a single visit. From chlorine gas leaks to feed pump rebuilds we handle it safely and on site. Same day or next day emergency response. Factory authorized technicians. Fully stocked service vehicles. On site repair rebuild and restart. Twenty four hour availability.

Redundancy Design and System Upgrades
A single point of failure is not acceptable. We design and retrofit systems with full redundancy including dual feeds dual regulators and automatic switchover so you stay online even if one component fails. Retrofit and upgrade design for municipal and industrial systems. Single to dual feed conversions with automatic switchover. Integration with alarms panels and SCADA systems.
