About this Item

Choosing the Right Fit for Your Application
Selecting the right mounting configuration for your residual chlorine sensor is key to ensuring accurate readings, system longevity, and ease of maintenance. Depending on your site conditions, flow characteristics, and access needs, we offer several versatile installation options to meet your operational goals.

Wet Tap Insertion Option:
The wet-tap mount allows for sensor installation and removal without shutting down the process line, making it ideal for continuous systems or high-availability environments.

Install/remove sensors without system downtime
No wasted water
Reduces maintenance-related disruptions

Side Stream Option
This configuration diverts a small flow of process water through a separate, low-pressure flow cell (maximum pressure of 60 psi), where the sensor is housed.

Ideal for quickly replacing old equipment where the configuration is not conducive for installing the wet-tap or PVC-Tee versions.

Immersion Option
Immersion-style mounts are typically used in open tanks, basins, or large channels. The sensor is suspended or fixed directly into the water, making it ideal for treatment plant basins or reservoirs.

Simple installation
No need for complex plumbing
Suitable for variable-depth applications
No wasted water

PVC Tee
The PVC-Tee mount integrates directly into a pipeline using standard plumbing fittings. It offers a cost-effective solution for smaller systems like hospitals, cooling towers, and much more.

Economical and easy to install
Compatible with standard PVC piping
No wasted water
